Ralph le Roux
Ralph le Roux is the co-founder and COO of MADI Group, Inc. As COO, Ralph manages all operational aspects, including strategic planning and growth. Under his tutelage MADI’s services have grown to include construction management, planning, architecture, media production, art and interior design. These related services and creative arts are weaved together to develop early concepts into exceptional site and building designs.
Before relocating to California in 2000, Ralph worked as an architect in South Africa completing large corporate, hospitality and sporting stadium projects in support of Cape Town’s bid for the 2004 Olympics. Between 2000 – 2005 he managed a variety of complex Public and Private projects as an Associate Project Manager at a large Architecture & Engineering Bay Area firm.
With the formation of MADI in 2005, Ralph brought to bear his varied experience and developed a unique design and execution process. He typically manages a collaborative process with a workshop approach. Clients, consultants, staff at all levels and ideally the contractor are involved in the delivery process.
His focus is on exceptional client service, team building, and the incorporation of wide-ranging creative endeavors which has become inherit in the culture of the firm.
Ralph is a proud father of two teens, a pug, terrier and cat. You’ll find him cycling in the mountains, playing volleyball and in the evenings sipping fine wine while strumming a guitar. Life is good!
